Our complete home automation and multi-room audio packages range from over-the-top systems designed for the extravagant, to simple and affordable basic systems.

All of the following packages can be customized to fit your needs in any way. These packages do not have a "package discount" associated with them. If you want to add a touch screen to a package, you simply pay for the additional screen. Likewise, if you would like to remove some speakers, you will save the cost of the speakers.

Why are the packages more expensive then they were several months ago? We have included all required wire on our packages now. If you choose to purchase wire locally the prices we will credit you the cost of the wire.

Platinum Packages: Home Automation & Multi-Room Audio

Our Platinum Packages are designed to be total home solutions. They include multi-room audio, lighting, security, climate control, and voice/data/video distribution.

The Ultimate: $49,999

The "Ultimate" system builds on our other packages by adding HDTV distribution, IR routing, and WiFi access points. It also includes a plethora of lighting, security, audio, and climate control devices.

Pure Luxury: $35,999

Designed with homes over 5,000 square feet in mind, the Pure Luxury package includes 12 audio zones, 55 automated lights, 6 security cameras, 4 touch screens and 6 thermostats.

Dream System: $21,999

The Dream System includes adds to our "Whole-House" package by adding 2 additional touch screens, 4 security cameras, additional lights and more thermostats.

Whole-House Solutions: $14,999

The Whole-House package gives you multi-room audio, basic lighting control, a powerful security system, and climate control all rolled into an affordable package.

Value Packages: Home Automation Only

Our value packages strip out the audio, security cameras, as well as scale down the overall size of our packages. These packages work very well in homes under 3000 square feet, or those not interested in multi-room audio.

Automation Only: $8,799

This package is identical to our whole-house package minus the audio system. It gives you a solid security, climate, and lighting control system.

Strong Foundation: $4,999

A great option if you are on the fence about home automation. This package will give you a full security system, as well as basic lighting and climate control.

Value System: $3,499

Ideal for town homes and condos. This package includes a handful of automated lights, one thermostat, a basic security system, and easy to use software.

Audio-Only Packages

Our audio-only packages provide you with a complete multi-room audio system. These systems allow each room to listen to music independently of the rest of the house.

12-Zone Luzury Package: $12,999

12 zones of audio along with a digital music server and AM/FM & XM radio tuner. The package also includes speakers, programming, and wire.

6-Zone Power Package: $4,499

This system includes our mid-range 6-source/6-zone system. The package includes speakers, programming and wire.

4-Zone Value System: $1,999

This system pipes music into 4 rooms. You can connect up to 4 source devices (supplied by client) and listen to them in any room.

Pre-Wire Only Packages - NEW!

Do you want to pre-wire your house for future technologies now but wait to buy the expensive components? These packages include everything you need to future-proof your home; rough-in materials, tools, modules, wall plates, wire, and instructions.

Gold Prewire Package: $1,999

This package is designed for homes up to 5000 square feet. It prepares your home for security, lighting, climate control, audio, and voice/data/video distribution.

Platinum Prewire Package: $2,999

The platinum package includes everything in the Gold package and adds prewire for security cameras & HDTV distribution.
